They’re machine washable in cold water and dryer friendly at low heat.
Diameter varies by size and can stretch another 1-2 inches while still fitting the child comfortably. The width is approximately 3 inches and has a seamless finish. When in doubt, size up and allow the child to grow into it if needed.
0 - 6 Months > 15 inch diameter
6 - 12 Months > 16 inch diameter
1 - 3 Years > 18 inch diameter
3+ Years > 20 inch diameter

The ear warmer is well made and is as described. The intended wearer has not received it yet so I can’t speak to its stretch and comfort.
